During the last ten years, I have represented many types of clients, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers of materials, equipment rental companies, testing companies, trade professionals and even temporary employees services.
Among my clients over the last ten years, I have represented clients who build roads and bridges, clients who supply guard rails for many of our State’s freeways, testing companies who test the quality of their construction, paving and pavement recycling companies who have paved the roads, material suppliers who provided the drains, concrete companies pumped and who installed the sidewalks, gutters, storm drains, trench plates, channels and flood control devices and those who have demolished all of the above; fencing suppliers and contractors who provided or leased the materials and built the fences; contractors and supply companies who built underground utilities and storm drains, provided the forms and structures; contractors who have done the grading, drainage systems and who have build the infrastructure for subdivisions; suppliers and contractors that have supplied and built the structures, demolished others, and remodeled still others; contractors and testing companies who have inspected, tested and remediated for asbestos, mold and other issues.
In just the last 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of representing nearly every trade imaginable and some I’d never thought of ten years ago, from the windows, elevators, stairchairs, wheelchair, inclined and vertical lifts, dock levelers, driveways, painting, electrical, plumbing, tile, masonry, coatings, kitchen equipment, walk-in refrigeration, HVAC, water features, waterproofing, electronic cabling and many others.
I have represented clients who have built or remodeled nearly every type of structure, from gas stations, office spaces, commercial and big box stores, amusement parks, medical and dental offices/buildings, schools, both public and private, higher and lower education, houses, apartments and condos, even orchards.
I’ve also written and reviewed agreements, given course of construction advice, represented clients in bid protests, substitution hearings, CSLB disputes, every kind of surety and bond claim and have handled many of their related issues involving real estate, title and other matters. I’ve mediated, arbitrated and tried cases and I’ve served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. In the last ten years, I have filed many cases and claims seeking various sums, with the smallest one only $1,054.00 and the largest seeking more than $1,000,000.00 and have filed in nearly every county and tribunal in the State.
I have seen a lot in the last ten years….
